Virtual Trading 2 — Privacy Policy

KavKrish Apps ("we", "us") operates the Virtual Trading 2 mobile app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.

What we collect and why

Information you provide

• Name and email address — When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email/password. Used for authentication, displaying your profile, and account management. This is stored by Firebase Authentication on Google's servers and is linked to your account.

Information collected automatically

• User ID — A Firebase-generated identifier used to associate your watchlists, trades, and subscription with your account.
• Device ID — A device advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) used by our advertising partners to serve and measure ads, and by OneSignal to deliver push notifications.
• Coarse location — Approximate location used by our advertising partners to show more relevant ads. We do not collect precise location.
• Product interaction — App launches, taps, and feature usage, used to improve the App.
• Crash data — Diagnostic information when the App crashes, used to fix issues.
• Purchase information — Your in-app subscription status, managed by RevenueCat to enable Pro features.

Data stored only on your device

Your watchlists, trades, and settings are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (MMKV) and are not transmitted to our servers.

Third-party services

The App uses third-party SDKs that may collect information used to identify you:

• Firebase Authentication (Google) — account creation and sign-in
• Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In — sign-in providers
• RevenueCat — in-app subscription management
• OneSignal — push notifications
• Google AdMob and mediation partners: AppLovin, Meta (Facebook), Unity, Mintegral, IronSource, Vungle — advertising
• Expo — app delivery and updates

Tracking and advertising

The App uses your device advertising identifier and coarse location to serve personalized ads through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. You can limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS, or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). Limiting tracking does not affect the App's trading or simulation features.

Log data

If the App encounters an error, diagnostic data may be collected, including device model, operating system version, and the time of the error. This data does not identify you personally.

Data retention

Account data (name, email, User ID) is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Local on-device data is removed when you uninstall the App.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Links to other sites

The App may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Residents of India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access and erasure of personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
